New judges are eligible once they have passed their first judging test, either 4/5 or 7/8, and must submit receipts for eligible purchases within one year of first test pass date.

Payments for this will begin to be processed on Nov. 1, 2019. Receipts should be sent by email to Co-SJD PJ Slater (pjpjslater@yahoo.com), check will follow by mail.
